Artists are invited to submit button designs for Litchfield’s 51st annual Watercade celebration July 5-8.
The actual button is 2 1/4 inches in diameter. The winner will receive $50 in Dragon Dollars.
The deadline to submit entries is 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, to the Independent Review, 217 N. Sibley Ave., Litchfield.
