2016 Onamia Days Medallion Hunt

Medallion Hunt Rules

1. Seekers are asked to be respectful of private property. The medallion will NOT be hidden on private property. Destruction of private OR public property is forbidden and will terminate the hunt. There will be no reason to dig. The medallion will be hidden within city limits.

2. Clues will be posted twice daily, noon and 5 p.m. starting 5 p.m. Thursday. Clues will be posted in two spots: at the Civic Association Headquarters near the beer garden entrance and online at www.millelacsmessenger.com

3. The finder of the medallion must immediately report the find to the Civic Association headquarters.

4. The finder will receive $250 cash. The prize doubles to $500 cash if the finder has an Onamia Days Button!

5. The winner will be posted at the Civic headquarters and announced online as soon as possible and will be awarded their prize on Sunday, at the Button Drawing.

It’s time for some summer fun.
As far as winners there can only be one.
The Onamia day’s medallion hunt is in year nine.
As long as you stay on public properties you will be fine.
Read over the rules, it’s in the city limits.
No shovel is needed, it may only take minutes.

A brat with kraut from the stand is very grand.
I like one in each hand.
A drink from a hose on a hot day.
Keeps dehydration away.
