2016 St. Michael Daze Medallion Hunt

Submitted by Joe Medallion (not verified) on

The St. Michael Daze & Knight Medallion Hunt begins on Saturday, August 6th, and ends at noon on Saturday, August 13th. Beginning Saturday, August 6th, we will give you the first clue.

There will be a total of seven clues leading you to the medallion.  The daily clues and updates will be posted in our bank lobby at the St. Michael location, on our website (at the top of this page), Facebook, Twitter and our Instagram pages.  The clues will be posted by noon on Saturday, August 6th, and by noon each day thereafter.  Additionally, the clues will be located at participating businesses in and around St. Michael - see below for a complete listing.

If the first one to find the medallion, you will win a cash prize of $1,000.  The Harvest Hunt medallion will be awarded at St. Michael Daze & Knights Festival at the Shane Martin concert on Saturday, August 13th.

Other important notes:

  • The Harvest Hunt medallion is hidden on St. Michael city property which is accessible to the public — and not at any residence. No disassembly or digging will be required to find the medallion, which includes light fixtures or park equipment.
  • To claim the $1,000 prize, the hunter must contact the Medallion Hunt Director, Nick Shultz at 763-497-7777.
  • First American Bank employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Harvest Hunt.
  • The prize money, clue preparation and contest administration are the responsibility of First American Bank and its Harvest Hunt committee.
  • Winners must be 18 years of age to claim the prize, but younger hunters may help search for the medallion if accompanied by an adult.
  • The sponsors of the Harvest Hunt assume no responsibility for accident or injuries sustained by participants. Participants are urged to use reasonable safety precautions, demonstrate good sportsmanship and follow all rules set by the Harvest Hunt committee.
  • A purchase will not improve your chance of winning the Harvest Hunt.
  • First American Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Harvest Hunt at any time.
  • The medallion hunt $1,000 cash prize will be awarded at St. Michael Daze & Knights Festival at the Shane Martin concert on Saturday, August 13th. In the event the hidden medallion is not found, the $1,000 prize will be donated to a local charity.
