Medallion Hunt will be held the week leading up to Freeze Fest (January 28, 2013 to February 1, 2013)
2. Each day there will be a clue at two local businesses that are sponsoring the medallion hunt. Go to that
business during their designated time to receive the clue. Do not call the business asking for the clue.
The only way to get it is to go to the business.
3. The clues will be posted on www.TomahRotary.org around 5:30p.m. each night and Facebook. The quickest way to
get the clues is to go to the businesses during their scheduled times.
4. The medallion will be hidden within the Tomah City Limits in a public vicinity and will not be indoors.
5. A picture of the medallion is viewable on www.TomahRotary.org. The person who finds the medallion
will see there is a telephone number on the back of it to call to notify a Rotarian that you found the
medallion. The Rotarian will arrange a place to meet you and declare you the winner!
6. The person who finds the medallion must be wearing a FreezeFest button to claim the prize. Buttons can
be purchased at multiple sponsor locations for one dollar through the month of January. You must
purchase a button before you find the medallion or you will not win the prize!
7. The person who finds the medallion will win $250.00 cash!
