Its many tongues, rows of teeth, seething of malicious volition.
Its ghoulish eyes never blink with fixed juxtaposition.
It weaves, and winds, it spots you -- your heart races with fright!

Good fortune along your journey - our annual tradition!
Will you accept the challenge, and put up a fight?
Look alive, be alert, there are strange things that go bump in the night.
Seek the mischievous sprite, that hides in wintry conditions.

This monster, history shows, isn't the only that roams.
One of many in its line and similar malign,
Destruction and battery - families fled from their homes.
Avoid this older kin of fifty-nine.

9am Clue

Along your journey, it may be slippery, i suggest proper foot attire.
With the King's approval, you'll cross his plot as local legend shows.
You'll come across a garden spot where they've begun to decompose.
With stick in hand, walk the right path, in some spots you cannot use four tires.

5pm Clue

The monster hums with a weird congestive vibe, the locals vocally opposed it.
They couldn't stop it, but they tried, hoping it would rest in peace.
The war was lost, they could only hope to contain it.
They proposed to slow it down, instead a wall was built to appease.

9am Clue

There are several paths one may choose.
Search the area known for brew.
One, it seems, an uphill battle.
The other with flattened ends for carts and cattle.

5pm clue

Learning to dance with two blades for young kids was done outside in the cold.
As you got older, you either went up the hill, or you were stuck down below.
You could step into a house with warm air, before arenas were built, I've been told.
Perhaps your skills might land you on a team at Murray or Monroe?

9am clue

Celebrate the departed, safe at home, avoiding road construction?
