So what everyone tells me is that they always know the first clue
and they’re always frustrated that it contains only rules
however, we don’t want to get in trouble or else
It’ll ruin the game, and that alone speaks for itself

Now here are the rules and remember them well
Good thing there’s no digging involved I can tell
Let each of your fellow seekers know to stay on public property please
Eventually, if you’re within city limits you’ll find it with ease

Noon

Look carefully around and I think you should find
that the road that you want to be on is a specific kind
It may feel like you’re looking for a Needle in a haystack
and you may run into some Cones, there’s been some construction out back

Look around carefully, the road may have both in the name
And now you know there’s five players in this game
Could always look at the map, there’s no excuse
seems like maybe the street will call out a truce

Seems like these sets of clues always rhyme
Perhaps I’ll refer to another poet this time
this author is the exact opposite of the Minnesota weather today
except of course for the random Frost we had back in May

Remember there are so many directions to partake in
Up and down, side to side, and especially along the Road Not Taken
Continue to put your knowledge and map to good use
Explore but avoid the hospital, water tower, and caboose

Last clue I brought a poem into the riddle
And the time before that a couple of street clues in the middle
Keep thinking hard, this one is tough to solve
Except now it’s going to be shapes I involve

Scalene, equilateral, isosceles and right name a few
How similar this sounds to last year’s clue number two
Older clues might help you so be sure to look back
Rereading helps keep a seeker on track

Clue 5
5pm

Triangles, poems, and trees to find
Research them all to find the one-of-a-kind
In each way all of them will fit together at last
And you’ll find that this treasure hunt will be over fast

Now here are the directions you won’t get from your phones
Go north on the street with the needles and cones
Lake Onamia may also be close within sight
Enter the middle of the path instead of going on the left or the right

Clue 6

look back to go forward because this clue is the last
and no letters are capitalized at the front like the past
go back and reread each of the clues and you’ll see
my apologies, number 4 is missing the letter e

if you look for only capital letters from the start of each line
you’ll see the clues that were given in time
now put the five words together to rush
to where the medallion lays under the flowering bush
