2006 North Branch Winter Fest Hunt

Winter Fest 2006, it came to us so fast.
A cold wonderful time, too, bad it doesn't last.
All over town a look you should cast
Stay in the present, don't dwell in the past.

My hiding place this year, you may really want to frown
I could be as blue eyes or pink, or maybe even brown.
The white of winter on the ground it is down.
The M&M team is the greatest in town

Just like good chocolate, clues you can never have enough.
Store them in you mind, looking will be rough.
Some will get perturbed and go off in a huff.
To this year's prize can be really tough.

A honey of a spot, the place to find me.
To put money in your pocket, a runner you need not be.
I am quite well hidden, this you will see.
My place is well guarded , is it black top or a tree
A ray of sunshine on me I dare say.
Let's keep on looking, it's a golden day.
Look 24 hours, that fills up a day.
From the P.O. to me is a walks' long way.

A close personal friend I am if Sid

Very close ground, from you I am hid.

People all around me may be, of these you ask who?

From the road to me is a very easy walk.

Helmets and ponytails, close to me is a team.

Lot's of leaves and some snow, but certainly no sand.
