2026 ST. CLAIR DAYS MEDALLION HUNT

MONDAY, JUNE 22nd

CLUE #1 - THE RULES

ABOUT THE MEDALLION ...

The Medallion is round and measures 3 inches across and is ¼ inch thick.

It is made of a brass/bronze type metal and is quite hefty.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR 2026: Due to the construction project on part of Main Street East, there is a detour and additional traffic in town.

BE SAFE, watch for vehicles and AVOID the construction area.

MEDALLION HUNT RULES:

1.      The medallion is hidden within the St. Clair city limits.
2.      The medallion is not on private property.
3.      You don't have to lift anything or climb on anything to find the medallion.
4.      The medallion isn't near the river or the bridge or in any other potentially unsafe location.
5.      Be respectful of other medallion hunters and other people you encounter while looking for the medallion.
6.      If you find the medallion, contact Thad at (507) 340-1091 or Deb at

(507) 380-0820 in the St. Clair Public Works Dept.

1.      The prize for finding the medallion is $50.
2.      GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!!

St. Clair Days is always loads and loads of fun.

With activities and events planned for everyone.

There'll be cotton candy, face painting, turtle races and a pedal pull.

With an outdoor movie, fireworks and so much more, the week'll be full.

As usual on Day 2 there isn't really a clue.

But tomorrow there's sure to be a hint or two.

St. Clair Days is filled with activities, events and games to try your luck.

And if you're hungry, a pancake breakfast, pulled pork and a food truck.

But, enough about all that, let's get on with the clue.

St. Clair is long from east to west, that's true.

Staying towards the center, might be the thing to do.
 

The medallion is still out there, so don't delay.

I think today's clue might show you the way.

As you look for the medallion, you must not slack.

You need to look down, to be on the right track.
