Medallion hunters, sharpen your shovels.
The first clue in the annual Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt will appear in the Sunday, Jan. 17 edition of the paper.
The hunt, a local tradition since 1952, challenges readers to solve daily clues to find a medallion hidden on public land in Ramsey County. This year’s successful hunter could win up to $10,000.
New clues are published daily through Jan. 28, unless the medallion is found sooner.
