A St. Paul office manager will be Klondike Kate of the 2013 St. Paul Winter Carnival.
Anita Elizabeth Mack bested four other contestants during Wednesday night’s competition at the Prom Center in Oakdale.
The Winter Carnival runs Jan. 24 to Feb. 3.
