King Boreas, Vulcanus Rex and the rest of the royal family will be at the Grand Meander on Grand Avenue in St. Paul on Saturday to unveil the 2014 Winter Carnival buttons at 10 a.m. The 2014 Winter Carnival buttons and other festival merchandise will be available for sale immediately following the unveiling. Button prices will be $5 for one and $19 for the collector’s pack of all four images.
Buttons will be available at Super America, area retailers, and on the Winter Carnival website (www.winter-carnival.com).
The Vulcan Krewe will provide free firetruck rides from Dixie’s beginning immediately after the reveal until 11 a.m.
The reveal will be at Dixie’s On Grand, 695 Grand Ave. The 128th St. Paul Winter Carnival will take place Jan. 23 to Feb. 2.
