Oct. Eleven, your piece of heaven, this is your day,
Starts at Chestnut and Main, stay in your lane, come out and play.
Across the way, I’m here to stay, the tribe has spoken,
Add to your tally, Mustang Sally, surge to the token.
We got a really big show, get out and go, like a Champagne Supernova,
Get to the race, set the pace, turns out it’s an Anova.
Imagine if you will, the chase is a thrill, party on, you silly rabbits,
I aim to misbehave, ride the wave, rid yourself of those bad habits.
Hunt like a hound and if I’m not found, does the hider get the money?
Please don’t fake it, I will take it, you think this is funny?
Lucky as a horseshoe, stuck like glue, strive for that podium finish,
Answer the call, hitting the wall, a fascination that won’t be diminished.
Lets get ready to rumble, do stay humble, Sunshine lollipops,
Close, but no cigar, come as you are, pull out all the stops.
The Half Mary, not to scary, the Goldilocks of races,
Not to little, not to far, tie up those laces.
Learn the ropes, navigate the slopes, stick that into Google,
It’s still a mystery, unraveling the history, get your money, don’t be frugal.
One hundred bucks to flaunt, it’s kind of a jaunt, its not for the meek,
Get out, look around, and if I’m not found, I’ll see you next week.

Dilly-Dally, by the alley, week number two is here,
The game is on, carry on, in my direction you must veer.
Minnesota nice, served on ice, time to make the donuts,
Race day pride, I’m your guide, there are no short cuts.
Ain’t no fib, get your bib and enter the corral,
Solve this rhyme, beat that cut off time, to win I shall.
Decipher this riddle, Malcolm in the Middle, achieve that new PB,
Win by a nose, strike a pose, it may be gusty.
You may get a honk, avoid the bonk, pace yourself,
You’ll be fine, lots of chalk lines, up on the shelf.
In this grove, a treasure trove, come and stake your claim,
Get a clue, it’s what we’ll do for fifteen minutes of fame.
Enter my haven, things you are craven, is to get to the coin,
Stress free place, show some grace, a hunt that you can join.
Enter the Byway, give it a tryway, a great place for a run,
Come on over, you treasure trovers, stick to your guns.
A need to collect, time to connect, admire the bands,
On bended knee, is where you’ll be, get me in your hands.
I sit and wait, seal my fate, end this hide and seek,
Enjoy the luster and if that’s all you can muster, I’ll see you next week.

Cheer for the B.P.T. You should agree, keep up with the pacer,
It’s a no brainer, throw on your trainers, that makes you a racer.
Time to exert, Worth the Hurt, go on this River Run,
It’s been fifteen years, hats off to the volunteers, who help get this done.
Endurance is the key, I love your moxy, I hope it’s not to stressful,
The truth is out there, be aware that only the fittest of you will be successful.
Trash or treasure, whats your pleasure, just where have you bin?
13.1 miles endless smiles, get to the check in.
Two lights that shine as one, morning glory and midnight sun,
Beginner loopers and age groupers, lets get -r-done.
Helicopters, be the adopters of these crazy theories,
Yes indeed, plant the seed, I wish you well my dearies.
Animal, vegetable or mineral, seek out the Little General, make it your plan,
Full of wonder, steal my thunder, Holy Medallion Hunt Batman.
Minnesota born, this aint Unicorns, skiing is the sport,
Downhill and Super-G, that’s the key, you can’t teleport.
Come alone or bring the Tramily, pay attention to the blaze,
A scenic by-way setting, a few tears and a lot of sweating, now I get the craze.
Carb loading, my job is encoding, the prize is the finish line,
Above and below, east of the Meadow, your time to shine.
