This clue could also be construed to exclude Silverwood Park, part of the Three Rivers Park District, whose address is 2500 County Road E, West. In addition, Silver Lake Park and Silver Lake Beach, which are Columbia Heights Parks, would be bounded by McKinley St. if the street were projected northward from its end.

My hiding spot has trees and a bench or two.
There are no Castles from my point of view.
So to be just and fair, I'm in a place that's in Heights care.
