The 5th annual medallion hunt will begin on March 10, 2025, and run for five days or until someone has found the medallion. After day five, no more clues will be released. Each day, the clues will be posted on the Parks & Recreation Facebook page at 9 am and in the lobby of Cottage Grove City Hall at 8 am. The winner of this year's medallion hunt will receive $250.
The medallion hunt is open to City of Cottage Grove residents only. Those that find the medallion must show ID proving resident status. The medallion hunt is not open to city staff or immediate family. Winners must drive to City Hall once medallion is found.
