“Dancing through decades to a rhythm sublime,
We keep the party lit each year at this time.
Your treasure awaits on a distant ground,
Where neither fork nor glass is to be found.
A stone, a throw, an iron horse pass.
A pigment on par with the grass.
No longer donning its verdant crown,
With dangling hues for some roost-ers down.
Looks to be one way but it's really another,
Could've been something he got from a brother.”
The official meaning of the clue.

Dancing through decades to a rhythm sublime,
We keep the party lit each year at this time.

Your treasure awaits on a distant ground,
Where neither fork nor glass is to be found.

The medallion is not near the festival in Spooner Park.

A stone, a throw, an iron horse pass.
A pigment on par with the grass.

There are railroad tracks - a train, also known as an “iron horse” - is a stone's throw from the medallion. Green is a pigment on par with the grass, green referring to the 'Be Green' slogan written on the bench where the medallion is hidden.

No longer donning its verdant crown,
With dangling hues for some roost-ers down.

Refers to a specific tree in the yard across the street from the medallion. The tree has the whole of its top/crown cut o so is no longer donning its verdant crown. This tree has colored birdhouse hanging from it for birds that come down to roost.

Looks to be one way but it's really another,
Could've been something he got from a brother.

Looks to be one way but it's really another refers to Michael Jackson's famous moonwalk dance step, directing hunters to Jackson Street. Michael Jackson started out with his brothers, The Jackson 5, on his road to stardom. He could have gotten the moonwalk from one of his brothers.
