Ozzie the Owl, so quiet and wise,
Spotted the treasure with wide, bright eyes.
“Five clues!” he hooted, “That’s what I’ll need,
To find the medallion and take the lead!”
But Ozzie knew well, as owls often do,
There were rules for the hunt — he must follow them too:
“No digging or trespassing, that’s not the way,
No private land where you mustn’t stay!”
“Hmm, but if snow is down, could it be there?
Under the frost, hidden with care?”
He flapped his wings and thought, “I’ll be bold.”
“I’ll seek it out in the cold, cold cold!”
But Ozzie had a plan, and here’s what he knew,
The hunt’s just begun, with more clues to pursue.
So he spread his wings wide and soared through the air,
To the Owatonna Motor site, where fresh clues are there.
“Each day a new hint, how clever, how grand,
I’ll be one step closer to holding that brand!
I’ll sign up, of course, for the newsletter too
And get the first clue to help me through!”
A prize of $500 in Chamber Bucks,
Plus the medallion, and bragging rights — what luck!
So Ozzie, the wise one, hooted with glee,
“I’m going to find it — just wait and see!”
But if you’re hunting too, don’t forget,
The rules are there, don’t get upset:
No digging, no trespassing, stay on the ground,
But if snow is to be found, be sure to look all around.
The first clue is here — so get ready to go!
The Bold and Cold medallion Hunt starts, get in tow.
