2018 Prior Lake Lakefront Days Medallion Hunt

Submitted by Administrator on

Tim Warner, Dylan Larson, James Stutzka, Joe Sopczyk, Tom Sopczyk and Matt Towey spent about 15 hours hunting for the medallion.

The medallion was found by Joe and his father Tom who have hunted every year since it was started in 2002. They also found it in 2015 when friend James Stutzka was added to the team. In 2018 Tim, Dylan and Matt joined the fun.

The medallion was found at Raymond park under four cottonwood trees on Friday night before the fifth clue was released. "We knew it was in either Raymond Park or Lakefront Park by the clues bog and wood chips," said Joe.

You will be able to see them in the Lakefront Days parade which will begin on Dakota street by Holy Trinity Church.
