The medallion can be found by following the road on which The Coop and the fire station are situated, 3rd turns into Grand which leads to the trailhead. Lettuce = head

Act fast and nightly body = Swift and Armor for the stock yards, ships should have you thinking the river, the trailhead spirals and loops, "never ending din" comes from one of the many plaques which are characters off script, a picture on one of the nearby plaques is of a man drinking coffee.

Easier and Man should allude to Hardman Ave, while big has double meaning for Grand Ave as well as the sign at the trailhead reading "World's Largest Stockyards". The medallion is not hidden at a park, look for the marker which discusses the old streetcars (cable) and past workers' daily commutes.

The official meaning of the clue.

Hidden at the Spiral Bridge trailhead at Grand Ave. and Hardman Ave., a short walk up the spiral trail you will come to a placard labeled Daily Commute which details the streetcars used to shuttle men and women from St. Paul's Mexican Community on the West Side down Concord Street to the Stockyards for work. The medallion is taped to the pack of the post on the right.
