Medallion Hunt is underway for 2018!
The Big Lake Spud Fest medallion hunt sponsored by Great River Spine and Sport is underway. The medallion has been hidden on public lands somewhere in the City of Big Lake or Big Lake Township.
The 6.25 inches in diameter Spud Fest Medallion will be hidden above ground. No digging is necessary to find it. Clues to the medallion’s whereabouts will be published in the paper each week and posted on the window of the Great River Spine and Sport office in Big Lake at 5 p.m. Fridays until the medallion is found. Return the medallion to: Great River Spine and Sport Big Lake who is moving on June 1st. Their new address will be 751 Rose Dr, Suite 108.
The prize for finding the medallion is $150 with the purchase of a Spud Fest button or $50 without a button. Buttons can be purchased at Great River Spine and Sports, KleinBank, McPete's or from a Big Lake Ambassador - contact them by emailing biglakeambassadors @gmail.com
