Crystal Frolics time is here.
Our most favorite time of year.
We extend an invite to one & all
To join in the search for the Crystal Ball.
Find the ball and wear your pin.
This is a must, if you want to win!
Buy your button for a $2.00 fee.
At many locations including the CCC,
Almsted's, VFW & City Hall -
Purchase buttons here for the Search for the ball.
Register the button according to directions
So you can collect the prize without rejections.
Search by day and not by night,
Stay off private land, please be polite!
Search only on land owned by the City
To trespass elsewhere would be a pity.
Stay out of water, make no mistake.
You don't need to swim or jump in a lake,
You won't need a shovel for this gig.
We won't hide it where you need to dig.
Out in the open or in a disguise.

The Search for the Crystal Ball has begun!

Dr. Seuss said it best "Oh the places you will go"
Crystal has so many parks, some big, some small,
243 ares toal you know!
How could you pick just one? To have some fun
ANd join the hunt for the Crstal BallYou have a ways to go, until you're done
Swimming, tennis, soccer, pickeball
Skating, Sledding, softball, Nature crawl
Crystal parks have it all!
SO much to do, so much to see
So bring the kiddo's out to play
Keep your eyes open, enjoy the day

There are many ways of going forward, but only one way
of standing still
Just make sure it's this way forward, to escape the chill
Seek, and you shall find
Have some fun, it's not a grind
Search each park, and don't give up!
It's natural to think you might find what you seek
In this neighborhood or that
In a destination that is flat
But you would be wrong, one last clue it won't be long.
