2019 Crystal Frolics CrystalBall Hunt

Crystal Frolics time is here.
Our most favorite time of year.
Festivities are held at Welcome Park,
This move we made wasn’t a lark.
Don’t go to Becker, it’s under construction.
You probably already made that deduction
We extend an invite to one & all
To join in the search for the Crystal Ball.
Find the ball and wear your pin.
This is a must, if you want to win!
Buy your button for a $2.00 fee,
At many locations, including the CCC.
Almsted’s, VFW & City Hall -
Purchase buttons here for the Search for the ball.
Register the button according to directions
So you can collect the prize without rejections.
Search by day and not by night,
Stay off private land, please be polite!
Search only on land owned by the City
To trespass elsewhere would be a pity.
Stay out of water, make no mistake.
You don’t need to swim or jump in a lake,
You won’t need a shovel for this gig.
We won’t hide it where you need to dig.
Out in the open or in a disguise,
$500.00 in local gift cards is the prize.

A year of change, some big some small,
But the hunt continues for the crystal ball.
From the groundbreaking at Becker, to the Crystal Frolics at Welcome,
It's time to get out to a park, to bend it like Beckham.
Soccer, picnic, disc golf, baseball,
Playgrounds, yoga, nature strolls,
Something for everyone, all in all.
Enjoy the parks, the hunt begins, and now underway
Who knows, with some work in all that play,
It could be you who finds the prize.
It could be anyone who gets out there and tries.

Enjoy each park, one by one.

Playing hard in the parks, and catching the rays,

But don't think its Becker, I hope you haven't this far.
As the hunt dwindles down, in our wonderful town

Which can certainly be done from wherever you are!
