2016 North Branch Winter Fest Hunt

Winter Fest!! Once again!! Ready for some fun!?
We have a little treasure hunt, made for everyone!!
Solve the clues and find the coin…we’ll swap for cold hard cash!
Be sure to trail the lands with care…and don’t dig ‘round in trash.
Respect all laws, destroy things not…the coin lies neatly placed.
Upon a plot of North Branch ground, so let’s get off to the chase!!
Homes I see and playground’s near.
Winter Fest, a great time of year!

My icy digs, will make you jig!
You’ll be hot if you stumble on luck!!
If skating’s your bag, your searching will...

Get out and search!!
On your mark, get set, GO!!!!
You think you now know, where I’m frozen in snow?
A modest approach, given opposite thought,
Will yield proper trail which leads to the spot.

By now, you all know… to look in the snow!
That much can be taken for granted!
Thinking is done and young kids have fun,
Nearby the spot I am planted!
All that is left for earning the cash, is to pick the right campus!
Now make your mad dash!!!

“Dear Watson, I say!” “It’s all elementary!”
Take heed of this clue...It’s quite rudimentary!
Veer left as you enter and notice the tower
The ground just below it, is where you should scour!
Stop signs times three, where 1st graders cross
Northeast of that spot is where I was tossed!
Stay out of the woods and off of the lot,
Between those two marks is where X marks the spot!
The lot light and path at 90 degrees,
Encased in some ice, with warmth, set me free!!!
