2016 North Hudson Pepper Fest medallion Hunt

Submitted by Joe Medallion (not verified) on

The North Hudson Pepper Fest Medallion Hunt begins on Saturday, August 13 and ends at noon on Saturday, August 20. Beginning Saturday, August 13 we will give you the first clue.

There will be a total of seven clues leading you to the medallion.   The daily clues and updates will be posted on our website (at the top of this page), Facebook, Twitter and our Instagram pages.  The clues will be posted by noon on Saturday August 20 and by noon each day thereafter.

If you are the first one to find the medallion, you will win a cash prize of $1,000.  The Pepper Fest medallion will be awarded at North Hudson’s Pepper Fest at the Royal Coronation on Sunday, August 21ST.

Other important notes:

  • There are two separate medallion hunts going on around the same time, one in Hudson, WI and one in St. Michael, MN.  You cannot be a winner in both locations.  Please make sure when looking at the clues, they are for the community you are in.
  • The North Hudson Pepper Fest medallion is hidden on city property which is accessible to the public — and not at any residence. No disassembly or digging will be required to find the medallion, which includes light fixtures or park equipment.
  • To claim the $1,000 prize, the hunter must contact the Medallion Hunt Director, Amanda Hintz at 715-381-8330.
  • First American Bank employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Pepper Fest Hunt.
  • The prize money, clue preparation and contest administration are the responsibility of First American Bank and its Pepper Fest Hunt committees.
  • Winners must be 18 years of age to claim the prize, but younger hunters may help search for the medallion if accompanied by an adult.
  • The sponsors of the Pepper Fest Hunt assume no responsibility for accident or injuries sustained by participants. Participants are urged to use reasonable safety precautions, demonstrate good sportsmanship and follow all rules set by the Pepper Fest Hunt committees.
  • A purchase will not improve your chance of winning the Pepper Fest Hunt.
  • First American Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Pepper Fest Hunt at any time.
  • The medallion hunt $1,000 cash prize will be awarded at North Hudson’s Pepper Fest at the Royal Coronation on Sunday, August 21st. In the event the hidden medallion is not found, the $1,000 prize will be donated to a local charity.

Have fun and Good Luck!
