2017 North Hudson Pepper Fest medallion Hunt

The North Hudson Pepper Fest Medallion Hunt begins on Saturday, August 12th, and ends at noon on

Saturday, August 19th. Beginning Saturday, August 12th, we will give you the first clue.

 
There will be a total of seven clues leading you to the medallion. The daily clues and updates will be posted on our website (at the top of this page), FacebookTwitter & Instagram. The clues will be posted by noon on Saturday August 8th and by noon each day thereafter. For the St. Michael Harvest Hunt, the clues will be additionally located at participating businesses in and around St. Michael - see below for a complete listing.
 
If you are the first one to find the medallion, you will win a cash prize of $1,000 ---
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: 
  • There are two separate medallion hunts going on back to back, one in Hudson, WI and one in St. Michael, MN.  You cannot be a winner in both locations. Please make sure when looking at the clues, they are for the community you are in. 
  • To see what the medallion looks like, you may stop into the Bank during lobby hours.
  • The medallion is hidden on St. Michael/Hudson city property which is accessible to the public - and not any residence. No disassembly or digging will be required to find the medallion, which includes light fixtures or park equipment.
  • To claim the $1,000 prize, the hunter must contact the Medallion Hunt Director:

  • First American Bank employees, along with North Hudson Pepper Fest Board Members/Committee, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Pepper Fest Hunt or the Harvest Hunt.
  • The prize money, due preparation and contest administration are the responsibility of First American Bank and its Harvest Hunt & Pepper Fest Hunt committees.
  • Winners must be 18 years of age to claim the prize, but younger hunters may help search for the medallion if accompanied by an adult. 
  • The sponsors of the Harvest Hunt and Pepper Fest Hunt, along with the North Hudson Pepper Fest Board and Committees, assume no responsibility for accident or injuries sustained by participants. Participants are urged to use reasonable safety precautions, demonstrate good sportsmanship and follow the rules set by the Pepper Fest Hunt and Harvest Hunt committees.  
  • A purchase will not improve your chance of winning the Harvest Hunt or Pepper Fest Hunt.
  • First American Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Harvest Hunt or Pepper Fest Hunt at any time.
  • The medallion hunt $1,000 cash prize will be awarded at:
    • St. Michael Daze & Knights Festival at the FlashMob! concert on Saturday, August 12th.
    • North Hudson Pepper Fest at the Royal Coronation on Sunday, August 20th.
  • In the event the hidden medallion is not found the $1,000 prize will be donated to a local charity.

Referring to Deer Path Road which will bring you closer to the Unnamed Park. Plus, the park is a common place where deer travel through.

Pepper Fest, I think I love you!

The official meaning of the clue.

"I think I love you" is a hit song from the Partridge family which is referring to Partridge Lane. From Partridge Lane there is access to the Unnamed Park where the medallion was hidden.

Approximately ten feet off of Partridge Lane the medallion was located inside a log, next to a tree in the Unnamed Park.
