TRADE MART BONUS CLUE

If it’s fun by the pound, there the ounces [ Silver Creek is nearby, and ounces pertains to this precious metal ] abound! But only when mettle [ the silver ] is tested.
There are teams and a field [ soccer fields ], clientele all well healed [ Olmsted Medical Center ]. The spirit of favor requested [ the Human Services departments in the buildings ].

There’s a stir [ the Federal Medical Center prison ] in my quarter [ SE quadrant of Rochester ] and a scene makes me smarter [ 'College View Road' ]. The trails lead to powerful flues [ smokestakes from the Waste to Energy facility ].
Is there fire or works [ the burners at the Waste to Energy facility or Public Works ]? How does Ag [ the symbol for 'silver' is Ag ] sway these clerks [ the government building workers ]? You’ll head north when you see our pooled playing [ pooled means 'grouping' and pertains to the Faud Mansour Sports Complex ].
Watch your step [ near the sidewalk at the 2117 building ] as you search, but your hands [ the hiding spot was approximately hand high ] for my perch. It’s all relative [ the 2117 building houses Child & Family Services ], that’s what I’m saying.
Choose the austral divide [ south side of town ] if you’re choosing a side. My location is somewhat benign [ benevolent ].
Near the edge [ the Treasure was hidden behind greenery in the building edge mulch ] is assembled while fronds [ hidden behind plants ] might have trembled. Locate me and you’ll do just fine.
