as you search Roseville over hill and through dale
electricity is in the air as you continue your search
follow the tracks to the medallions perch.

The official meaning of the clue.

Sail referred to the sail like features in the Owasso Hills playground. Hill was referring to the name of the park, and Dale is the street the park is off of. Electricity referred to the overhead powerlines. Tracks referred to the nearby railroad tracks passing by.
