2019 Roseville Golden Rose Medallion Hunt

The grass is green and the sky is blue,
This is the Rosefest Medallion Hunt's first clue.
Grab your friends and family to look around,
The Oval, golf course or nature center isn't where I'll be found.
I'm at one of our parks hidden from sight,
I home my hiding spot will soon come to light.
Skipping out on the hunt is no way to win,
Join the other sleuths and you might just cash in.

It is great to see you exploring all around,
But better get searching there are lots of parks in town.
You may be searching every destination,
But East of Rosedale is my current location.
Now rush to our parks and enjoy the sun,
For this medallion hunt is all in good fun!

Today might be the day,
Getting out to our parks is the only way to play.
Above three six is where I will be,
Sitting and waiting in a tree.
If you are using the clues and make the right plan
By the end of this hunt I may be in your hand.

Here is clue number 4 to ease your frustration,
Lots of people play near my resting location
I can hear ball games nearby, and saucers fly by,
While crickets at night sing sweet lullabies.

We've reached the final day and did you not "C"
I am near the path hidden in a big tree.
Count the signs on the path and you may be in luck,
Number eleven just might help me get plucked.
As you head back to my spot, and find yourself tired,
There's a bench for you to rest, if you very well desire.
Put your thinking cap on and you won't be far,
If you do, you could be this year's medallion hunt star!
