The folks behind the St. Paul Winter Carnival are looking to fatten up the food offerings around Rice Park during the 2012 festivities, adding food truck vendors Gastro Truck and Barrio to the usual mini-donut and kettle corn lineup.
Organizers are still looking to add food truck vendors for the Jan. 27 through Feb. 5 event, which uses Rice park as its outdoors headquarters.
The trucks will be on site from:
— 3 to 9 p.m. Jan. 27;
— 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 28;
— 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 29;
— 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 31 and Feb. 2;
— 3 to 9 p.m. Feb. 3; and
— 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 4.
