HOW IT WORKS:
The Fang of Inferno, forged from the fiery depths of TroveHaven, is a rare and powerful artifact. It is said to hold a fragment of the very soul of Inferno, the Blood Jasper Wolf. Legends whisper that those who possess the Fang can call upon its power to track the elusive beast, for it glows red-hot in the presence of Inferno’s scent. The closer ye get to the Ancient Relic, the hotter it burns.
But beware, the Fang is no simple guide—it tests the hunter’s mettle. Only those with the strength to endure its scorching flame and the will to follow its wild path can hope to catch a glimpse of Inferno. With this relic in hand, ye may just be the one to claim the Blood Jasper Wolf’s legendary might, but tread carefully—Inferno does not take kindly to those who seek his power without courage.
Set out on a daring adventure across Ramsey County's wild public lands to uncover the elusive Inferno Tracks, your key to finding the legendary Fang of Inferno!
Find a Stage 1 Inferno Track, and it will reveal a clue to guide you toward the more elusive Stage 2 Inferno Tracks. Once you've unearthed both stages of Inferno Tracks, you'll possess the knowledge needed to finally track down the mighty Fang of Inferno! But beware—only one Inferno Track per stage and hunter is allowed. Keep your wits sharp, for this journey requires cunning and grit!
If you are a Treasure Pass Season 1 holder you will gain 5 Treasure Points per find for a possible total of 15 Treasure Points! Each find will be tallied as [INDIVIDUAL POINTS] and not shared as a team.
This is a free to hunt event, no registration necessary!
The clue for Stage 1 of the Inferno Tracks will be released on 9/21/24 at 10AM on the home page of www.medallionmilitia.com. If the Fang of Inferno is not found by 9:59 am on 9/25, a final additional clue will be released to anyone that has already discovered both Stages of Inferno Tracks!
**Fang of Inferno Mini Hunt Rules**
- Metal detectors are prohibited; using one will disqualify you and your team from any prizes.
- No game pieces will be hidden at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory.
- No game pieces will be hidden on a standard golf course.
- No game pieces will be placed higher than 5 feet off the ground.
- You won’t need to deconstruct public property to find any game pieces.
- Game pieces will not be buried but may be lightly covered by leaves, rocks, pebbles, sand, sticks, or brush.
- No game pieces will be hidden on steep hills or in dangerous areas.
- No game pieces will be hidden on any body of water.
- Stay off private property.
- Playgrounds are off-limits.
