You're right, none of the 37s looked very promising. While it would be an inconsistent reference, Superbowl 37 included the Oakland Raiders, maybe a reference

alfabob...check out Insurance Auto Auctions Inc just north of Trout Brook. There are lots of cars parked there. Could be the park clue.

This clue does sound like a quarterback calling plays. This fits the football theme from other clues. 37, 5, 52, are fake plays being called. Maybe the clue

David, I am not a huge football fan but my computer came up with Chad Greenway as number 52 and Teddy Bridgewater as number 5. Could find 14 older names for

I have to agree that the obviousness of those three roads feels like a red herring. 5 is Teddy Bridgewater's number. Bridge Water... 52 was Chad Greenway -

While that is true, the fact that they would just throw out the number 52 so clearly and obviously makes me believe it has to be a red herring. If you wanted

For what it's worth, there is a conjunction (sort of ) of US 52, State Hwy 5, and Cty Road 37 (Shepard Road for a short stretch) near CHS Field and Bruce Vento

The Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt is part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival every year. While the prize can only go to one winner, The Allison Wonderland is dedicated to the community spirit of treasure hunting. Here, not only will you find out about the Pre-Dig Gig, the Rehash Bash, and various other social events, but we also discuss the clues here in a team effort to decipher them (albeit not always successfully). This is a place to discuss ideas respectfully, report on what's happening "on the ground", and provide each other with useful information. This is a public group so expect that anything posted will be seen by everyone.
