As near as I can see- the picnic pavilion and the playground both have right angles. Equal rights. Both are south of the streets mentioned, however.

I think without question it has to be Cherokee based on the anagram. But with the exception of a few clues- bluff, page, down under, baker and Annapolis I just

The Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt is part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival every year. While the prize can only go to one winner, The Allison Wonderland is dedicated to the community spirit of treasure hunting.
