I know the city had plans to develop Pigs Eye park; they usuallly have coty crews mow the long grass for a few undeveloped trails in summer, but there's not much for parking/developed trails. I feel it wouldn't be the safest area to hide the medallion, but it's definitely possible.

I took the in the pink clue to mean good physical health - like it might be a bit of a hike to get there; hopefully with a bridge (link). What do people think about pigs eye lake? You can only get there by walking from Battle Creek. I've never actually been to the lake - is it hard to get to? Is there a bridge?
Pigs eye lake is separate from pigs eye park; that could be the asunder part.

Pink made me think of Harriet since there was a Susan G Komen Race for the Cure event there last year.  I don't know the route of the walk, but it could have gone toward Lilydale.  The land once cast asunder seems like Lilydale, which had houses/buildings torn down to take it back to nature.

Clue #7

If you’re in the pink await a link  - to me this refers to the Pink  concert and mobile entry(link)coming up at the X.  Does Harriet Island host concerts?  I dont know.

To a place most fit for wonder ???

For the bold lies a mystery of old Anagram?

In this land once cast asunder.  This means it used to be cast asunder.  Asunder can mean apart or divided.  Harriet Island used to be an island which was apart from the mainland.  Now it is not an island anymore.

The Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt is part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival every year. While the prize can only go to one winner, The Allison Wonderland is dedicated to the community spirit of treasure hunting. Here, not only will you find out about the Pre-Dig Gig, the Rehash Bash, and various other social events, but we also discuss the clues here in a team effort to decipher them (albeit not always successfully). This is a place to discuss ideas respectfully, report on what's happening "on the ground", and provide each other with useful information. This is a public group so expect that anything posted will be seen by everyone.
