According to that map you have shared, I only saw 2, there were 3 but one was listed as a number 0? And 2 number 1's, all others outside the Ramsey zone.

A tornado that unfurled. Well tornadoes don't unfurl really. That's something a flag does. Which makes me think the tornado in question is the Flag Day tornado
