Bob Dylan won a Nobel Prize but he ignored it. So "Ignore Nobel" would imply Bob Dylan while "Ignore ignore Nobel" would imply to Ignore Dylan.

Why does "ignore no bell" mean you pay attention to Nobel? Isn't it more like; "pay no attention to my clever ties to Bob." J

Clue 7, is a no-brainer to me. "Ignore no bell" is absolutely a Dylan reference. What that means is up for debate--I know Highland and Positively 4th Street
