David, put me down for no guess today. Indian Mounds is compelling, but Burns feels to me a bit of a stretch. Highland is the obvious choice for this clue

Good sleuthing done by whomever came up with Snail Lake area first. I would still be in Swede Hollow or Phalen or Highland. Now I see how the clues fit that

To me, this suggests Highland. Laddie/lass--Scottish--highlands. Also "heights"-- highland. Watery sights + heights makes me think of the water tower. Stay off
