RULES
The Olympian Torch Challenge will take place over three days. On Monday, the gold torch will be up for grabs, while the silver torch will be awarded on Tuesday and the bronze torch on Wednesday. These challenges will determine the placement prize ranking at the final event.
Follow the clues leading to the Olympic torches, which will be posted at 8:00 a.m. on the Summerfest website, City Hall's front door, and Summerfest Facebook page. Take advantage of this opportunity to test your skills and experience the thrill of the hunt.
Once you find the Olympic torch, please bring it to Lakefield City Hall to secure your placement for the final competition. (please provide your name and phone #)
The three winners will be invited to attend the medal ceremony on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 6 p.m. in North City Park during "Family Fun Night."
Disclaimer: "You can only win once, not multiple times."
The three Olympians will draw a card from a deck. The highest card wins Gold ($50 Lakefield Bucks), the second-place wins Silver ($30 Lakefield Bucks), and the third place takes Bronze ($20 Lakefield Bucks).
The order of competitors will be the Gold Medal winner, followed by the silver and bronze winners, respectively. The winners will receive Lakefield Bucks as follows: Gold Medal - $50, Silver Medal - $30, Bronze Medal - $20.
Winners will be announced on the Summerfest website and the Summerfest's Facebook pages.
