My location is west of a lake with a name, oh potatoes was original my claim to fame

Wyoming was once a thriving producer of potatoes, Hiems Potato Warehouse was a well know supplier during that time. Today we have a lake in the city between Hwy 61 and Hwy 35 named Hiems Lake.
