A few thoughts: 1) "placeS to gain relief from the rain" --> Places plural. 2) "will serve to help you" --> "serve" seems unnecessary; the rythm would be better if it weren't there, so it must mean something (don't have any ideas as to what, though). 3) I still say that "read this well" just might mean a plaque on a well or drinking fountain (etc). This is just the sort of word trick the the PP likes to play.
they wouldn't put it in rice....they would have a hell of a time trying to convince crazy medallion hunters that it isn't in the swan ice scupture.....to much damage could be done there
Palace is pretty small, and if the clue isn't revealed tonight it will be at a small park. It was just at COMO a few years ago, but I'll keep my options open.
went out driving tonight , to see if anything would click. Started with mounds, not a soul in sight, no visible towers (except the radio tower) there is the pavillon but no barbeques .. Went to highland, not very many people there either and that one doesn't seem to fit. Last stop Phalen, there is a visible tower there. Also off in the distance can see two radio towers, the ones with red lights. but no one was there either...
Palace is an educated guess on the fact that its small. No one knows for sure yet, so I am just guessing. Although, I wish I had a perfect explanation for any park. Just wait for tonight.
I'll try this one last time: "read this well" could refer to a plaque or something on a water source (well). Does this make sense to anyone else??! Can I get a witness??
I am not here to cut down anyones guesses cuz it could be anywhere but RICE to me is out of the question just because of all the ice sculptures there....
The only reason I like newell is because so many people wasted so many hours there last year...me being one of them...but who knows...it could still be ANYWHERE!
Kid, sounds good, over the last couple of years there has been a clue that substantially cuts down the part of the park to look in once we find the park. 954 last year
Rice here
Mac are you going to Linwood?
We should find out tonight what Park it's in.

what about langford park?
what are everybody's thoughts??
If the clue reveals the park tonight, I think it will be Highland. If not I'll stick with Palace, or Newell.
Why Palace Tim?
Why couldn't it be Como?
I still think it's rice all the way
where's Langford?
they wouldn't put it in rice....they would have a hell of a time trying to convince crazy medallion hunters that it isn't in the swan ice scupture.....to much damage could be done there
tim the hunter: please explain reasoning for palace. I don't understand it at all, but I'm willing to be convinced...
langford is in the north of st paul it was there like 10 years ago
it isn't a huge park but it is definatley bigger than conway
Rice is a perfect place to put it

I personally have elimanated como, rice, and harriett and maybe phalen too because of the locked gates.....
for one no one expects it
LLKisses and I explained our reasoning

I don't think It's Palace nothing fits
I think a lot of people are waiting to start hunting to see if they give away the park tonight...
rice everything fits perfectly
How does chase fit with Newell?
How does cooking work with Langford?
How does it all work with Palace?
how do all the clues fit any park?
Palace is an educated guess on the fact that its small. No one knows for sure yet, so I am just guessing. Although, I wish I had a perfect explanation for any park. Just wait for tonight.
they fit rice
overload, why have you eliminated Harriet, Towers? Holman Field Aces?
But, I guess I could be wrong but it seems so right
no way are they going to put in in rice Kiwi.....
who me?
I think so
So what's the wrod? Any new ideas on Clue 4 since last night?
That's the whole thing no one would think of rice

I was leaning toward Newell anyway. I don't know why anyone jumped on me for sugesting it might be at Palace, it was just an idea.
you have a witness - but where??? That's the question
kid that sounds good to us but we need to find a park that fits that....
yes it could but, does any park have that
kid: sounds like a good theory to me...hmmm...let's see who we can get to go from park to park and read every sign in sight :)
I just wanted to hear your ideads on Palace Tim - Sorry
not me unless you are gonna give me gas money before and after

Me too Tim, sorry. Good luck at Newell all you die hards!
