The point is that the WPA crews originally built Como Park. The reference to "deal" in clue 5 is kind of a strange usage, and could point to Como if the WPA was under The New Deal

2. Look at that circular thinking clue. Start at the C start drawing a circle to the I continue drawing to the T then finish at the Y you get CITY Linking City which hidden falls links st paul and minneapolis/ EAST and WEST!

3. Big Park and the base is Airport, which is right next to the park.

There are military trucks out in the lot by the conservatory and they were deployed to help with the ice maze on the ball fields.

The WPA also was involved in the Hidden Falls construction. So.....como can lick it....
