The price is going to be $12.00 unless something really unexpected came up at the printers. I not looking at making a fortune, just trying to share the information that I have and save others from doing all the research. I think you'll like the finished product.
$8? I'm assuming thats for Steves book? If I am correct, this equation is really messed up.
Unless you find the medallion in your first year hunting, it's more like...
$12 + $8x = $10,000.00 where x=the number of years you have hunted, because we all know you have to buy another Treasure Hunter's Guide every year, what with the disapearing ink and all.
She has decided that with the way the papers cleared out in 30 seconds anyways and how clue 12 made no diffrence she will probably not sit all day this year.
She wants to be out digging for it as long as possible with the rest of us :)
Actually we did the Torchlight parade early on....might have been the first, maybe second year after we all came together. It was quite the event.....the Pioneer Press gave us a banner to carry, and the guys put it down on the ground and pretended to hoist Santa Dave into the air, kind of like the bouncing girl!!
All I have to say about that day is it was COLD!!!!!! I thought that the line would take longer. I was reading the clue to OTS over the phone and the entire line of people had gotten their paper by time I was done with only half. It was amazing!!! It was a lot of fun though. Glad I could help out!!!
This would be a good year to try to do it again. With the button celebrating diggers, who better to be in the parade than us? I refuse however to bounce santa dave.
Thanks for the offer. I'm going to use an old carnival picture again this year I think. But you can still make me one for after the hunt if you like! I'd love to see what you come up with for Oldtimer. It might even make your portfolio! :)
I just have to wait until one of my kids is here to do it for me. I don't know how to do that fancy stuff.
would be a riot just seeing everyone lined up with their tool of choice huh?
I'll be at the predig!
Lots and lots of books. I'm counting on the cooler crew!
Price ??

I'd also like to note that with my luck, I'll be happy to break even.
Don't forget your button cost!
Tools... You gotta count digging tools..... and hot soup brought to your wife throughout the day waiting for clue 12 at the PP.
jackpot joe
And $0.25 for the paper each night.
OTS- can you thank your lovely wife one more time from me for doing that. That was amazing of her!
Thanks Tim, I will tell her.

Hey, does anyone know if you send in all 4 button registration forms if it increases your chances for the giveaways?
Don't know I like to keep them for my collection.
Seems to me that it would... Each button form has place in the drawings I would think....
Anybody check here?
That still freaks me out!
Me too. Jake just called and reminded me of that shot. Creepy

Woo hoooo! I'm getting an ESD original avatar! Too cool, ESD!
If we were in the Torchlight parade with our tools, and someone from the crowd say "look at those tools", would we really know what they meant?
Here's a big tool
