Well she had the first clue, but I don't think she got it from that. She was just taking her kid to the park.
But her son is my good luck charm because everytime he is out in the park with me, I find the prize. (1/1)
next time he should drink more kool-aid.... it comes out in different colors that way....
As for straws - when I was in bartending school, they taught us to NEVER put a straw in a man's drink - no matter how girlie he orders it...
So according to that rule - you can drink anything you want - just skip the straw.
Great Photos guys! makes me homesick. The weather his is just changing - it's been a crappy summer and it finally got warm in October - everything started to bloom again like spring and now it's cold and it's all dying.
If the leaves ever fall - I might just have to find a pile to jump in.
My dog just helped me rake leaves yesterday......well.. not really...
but afterwards, we had fun jumping in the huge piles though....
and no....before anyone asks... there was no poo in these piles, like I found in this most recent mock hunt.
I find an exception to the rule because I use the straw for stirring but not drinking through. I bend it over the side or remove it when taking a drink.
Oh, who am I kidding - I steal as many of those huge McD's black shake straws that I can so I can down my poison in record time. :sheepish:
and those huge ass plastic cups....
if I ever throw a dinner party, people are gonna hafta deal with using fast food restaurant utensils...

I was looking at getting phone and cable TV.
No way, not after how much they dick you around, and want to charge for "Install", and fees, and all this other crap.
I'll start looking at a dish now.
what is the short story on comcast and all the negativity - i just call them every year and threaten to switch to a different carroer unless they give me 19.99 a month for a year on my broadband - seems to work for me - althought i can switch to fiber optic which has 7000 down and 3000 up.....for 20 bones a month offered in my neighbor hood - which i may just do this weekend.....w00t
