it used to be... you could would get credit for a finding a travel bug just by logging the numbers as a "note" instead of "retrieving it".
So lets say you got to see the numbers in a cache and decided not to move it to another cache because you didn't want to go towards its goal. If you saw it you could write a note on the page and get credit for a find.
but recently "they" took that away and only get credit for "moving them"....is b.s. because many people lost a crap load of bugs they looked at but didn't move.
I also know of many bugs that never moved and that was the owners choice to have cacher come to the bug.....those bugs owners must be upset.
reminder to Me2: work on a Cooler Chick cheer also: we need a picture of all the travel bug caches together -how many are there? :) and all the cooler chick caches together and the cooler chicks holding the caches together :) if ever possible
