I don't know if they're loaded. I just had a hard time understanding the 1-10 scale in relation to the questions. The questions seemed more "yes-no" oriented. But that's just me.
With the exception of #8, the rest of the questions pretty much direct you to a 'no' answer unless you were personally affected by someone who just obtained their permit for the first time. I wouldn't think that even if you were directly involved, that you'd have any idea if they just received their permit or not. As far as #6 - The media itself had changed it's opinion just days after the law went into effect anyway. And I agree with Frosti in that you really can't rate your opinions with yes/no questions. 'Kinda', isn't really an answer. Either way, I sent you my answers ESD to help your numbers.
I suggested that he change it to read 1 disagree and 10 absolutely agree or something like that, but it was too late for him to change it at that point.
