I think the snow needs to look more like FLAKES- maybe not have to move around-just still and not all over the board-maybe a border or just the sides gently in a white color on this blue background.

because you began this thread...you have that thing at the top...the maroon and gold does not match :(

and when you reload the screen or hit the # button it shows a nice blue instead of white when changing over screens---nice, but some may not like it-I like it-it's not so bright
is this part of my training, dear? color coordination?
i'll see what i can do about the background. with a bit of work i may be able to make it fade from white to the blue.

There are a couple of colors that don't look to bad in here-purple,red, green

jep, need to work on the colors, whats the number of your background color?
the light blue is b4e4e7, the text color, and that of the border is 374e86. but you should probably use the transparency feature of the gifs. that way the background can change, but will still show through the image. for details, take the cooler crew logo, as its on a transparent background.

i know, but since the only languages other than english i have half a chance of communicating with anyone in are french and spanish. and even after 7 years away from it i'm still not half bad at french.
Gotta love French : ) it was my second language too, but they made us take spanish, german and russian for a quarter each, and I've retained a little of that.
russian would be cool.
Russian was probably the hardest, because of the difference in alphabet and phonetics, but was cool.
