I can use small keys...its just the software system i run on...i need it to be in caps....hard to switch back and forth...

wow, that explains alot. I thought he was just on an angry streak at work - not directed at us perse' - just that I would read it with a louder tone is all. Its funny how we can picture emotion in a post. We take it as we want to take it sometimes and not how its really meant. hmmmmm
