August 1st, myself and a couple of friends are planning a small gathering in downtown St. Paul, probably @ Wild Times, if anything....probably starting between 7:00-8:00 P.M.
Its over a month away, but thats what its lookin like....
Its mainly taking place, because enough people want to take pitty on the past, and also look forward to the future - however crappy it may seem
I'm posting this here, for anybody who remembers, and may decide they need a night out, on that particular evening...
If anything, hopefully, I'll see most of you guys in December/January...
On the way home this evening on 35E south saw a horrible crash a car was on top of a motor cycle and there was a body in the road before I could cover her eyes Bella saw the whole thing. She is way to young to see some thing like that.
Take lotsa pix ESD. My kid has only seen my dad one time when she was Bella's age. She always looks at the couple of pictures I took since she hasn't see him any other time.
Dawg shot up a roll and a half, all my cousins and ants and uncles from that side of my family were there as well. As soon as we introduced Bella and my dad she would keep running up to him and hugging and kissing him
Sure did! Just got home. Watched from my daughter's boyfriend's house up the hill from Vet's Field. Were you there? They were better than last year, that's for sure.
Yeah, not bad. I always camp out with the kid in the middle of the Lincoln school field.
Not to toot our own horn but I still think that IGH puts on the best show of all the local fireworks displays. I think a lot of it is because they don't have a 4th of July show and sink all their $ into one show a year. But you're right in that tonight's show was better than last year. And very comfortable too.
"WhatÂ’s up for the 4th of July?" stop over Tuesday to celebrate our day of Independence.
It’s going to be informal as usual, Mojitos (my personal favorite), beer, barbeque, sunshine (I hope), and my dazzling personality. And, if that’s not enough………..you can walk down to the “Taste of Minnesota” and experience the golden vocal chords of David Cassidy. You heard and read that correctly! David Cassidy in Person! There will be fireworks (sponsored by Melaleuca) on the bluffs overlooking beautiful downtown St. Paul at dusk. And wait, if that’s not enough for you, if all goes well with Mother Nature, we’ll have a fire in the pit to conclude the evening (or morning).
Bring a dish to share (or not) and if you need something special to drink you can bring that too (I have beer, pop, and the most liquor)!
and yes, it looks like a handful will make our way down to Harriet on Friday and Monday eve too. All are welcome.
Just called. Found by the same teenager that found it a few years ago? Their hunt has been going on for 10 years per the message on the machine. I thought it started last year?
Oh well, gotta drop by and see about getting the old clues for that one too.
in the off chance that anyone notices the logo up top taking an eternity to load its because i'm in the process of dumping a half a gig of data from the archive of our days over at pf into the cooler crew database on the web server. i still have to go back and tack on attachments and inline images in posts, but when i'm done with the initial data i'll have a link posted.
I'm not sure where to post this so I'll start in Shoot the Breeze and may repost other places...
As many of you know, I have Wild Season Tickets. I have 2 tickets for myself and last year I added 2 more to sell to my uncle, this year he doesn't want them all but I don't want to give them up from my account as they are great seats and I won't be able to get them again (a lot of people dropped after the lockout year).
So what I would ideally like to do is find people that would like to by a partial season ticket, probably 1/4. It would be for 11 games and there are 2 tickets for each game. Once you get the tickets you can split them up with whomever you want.
Tickets are section 204 row 5 seats 5 and 6, they are center ice 5 rows from the bottom in the upper section (the side where the escalator is).
Maple Grove Police officers are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who improperly touched two young girls in a Wal-Mart store.
Police say last Tuesday, June 27th, the man was in the toy department of the Maple Grove Wal-Mart when he approached at 10-year-old girl and an 8-year-old girl and fondled them.
The surveillance camera at the entrance to the store caught the man as he was leaving. He is described as a white male, between 40 and 50 years old with a goatee and glasses.
He got into a green, Jeep Cherokee.
Anyone with information about this man is asked to call Maple Grove Police at 763-494-6196.
Me and Steph were even in the store that afternoon. It was a Tuesday. We didn't know what all the crazyness was about at the time. Sounds like we just missed his sick ass. Needless to say the world up here is on the look out.
Tonight every station was in the parking lot of the store doing reports.
why do I get the feeling otis won't be calling the police if he runs into this guy, atleast not right away. most likely this guy will be having a few accidents first, it's harder to run away with 2 broken legs.
I know where that Walmart in Baxter is. He came down a ways to do this. I hope he enjoyed his stay </sarcasm> because hopefully he'll be staying down here a while, where he can enjoy a nice little cozy room for a long time.
Have a great time!
I'd really like to see Alice Cooper! :frown:

It looks like you were sitting due south of the house where we raised our family on 4th St. My son is renting it from me right now.
I was just wondering what the prizes were.
I dont' know anybody who played...
at this point of the day I was a BIGGER online game.

They are $30 a seat (they would be $36 if purchased as single game tickets through the box office).
So if you were to buy 11 games it would be $660. I'd need the money relatively soon so I don't lose the tickets.
Depending on who I get to buy these, I'll split the tickets up via a draft over email, the official schedule will be released July 12th.
If you have any questions just ask me here or via egram, or email: tim_the_hunter@hotmail.com
P.S. I don't want to go less than 1/4 until I have atleast 3/4 taken up because it gets to be too much of a hastle getting the tickets out.
P.P.S. Yes Kitch, I still owe you a pair of my tickets and I will pay up.
