Not that you care but Ali and I just got back from watching the Taste's fireworks with Lindsay Lohan.  She seemed a bit wasted and about as thick as my arm.  The kid was awe-struck the whole time.  The fireworks were pretty cool for me.  I think Ali was hoping there would be fireworks between Lindsay and me.  I wasn't.  ;-) I was more fascinated with how perfect of a spot we had and was able to be one of the first people out of town afterwards.  Cooler!

I hope everybody else had a good 4th.  I spent the entire weekend power washing and sealing my deck.  Damn what a huge job.

We watched what may have been the best fireworks display I've ever seen in Eagan. And we had absolutely no traffic to deal with afterward. Best kept secret in the Twin Cities. We've just made a new family tradition.

lol hey I found a great spot tonight for Maplewood's fireworks. Right up close, and no traffic concerns.

There's a few stubborn oldtimers left over here. :)
