I've been doing synonyms and antonyms all afternoon as I sit here and supposedly work on my masters thesis. I've come up with clear, pleasant and fair. I've used word and other tools on the net. Pleasant is around Linwood Fairview is around Newell Clear is around Prosperity

Clear is not the opposite of foul, and pleasant is not the opposite of cloudy (I happen to like cloudy days myself).

try this... oppisites are Mpls and St. Paul... Of course cloudy and foul refers to Mpls and so you must be able to see Mpls from the park. Hows that newell fans?

You may not believe this, but I swear its true. I decided to take a different approach to some of the clues and it led me to a different park. As I was walking around I came to a bench. Frozen to the bench, and partially covered in snow was a newspaper. I thought I saw a picture of Jeff George so I brushed the snow off and it was indeed the sports section with a picture of Jeff George on top and Curt Warner below. What could possibly conjure up an image of Vikings depression better? I looked at the date and it was January 14th. If that was the day of the snowstorm, what was someone doing on a park bench reading the paper? Unless...

Midway is a baseball "park" but I don't think that matters because I don't think you can come and go there at will.

Tim is it worth the 15 bucks?

Thinker and Allison I will say this to let you know the medallion is not a Midway stadium. First of all it is not a park. Second of all they would not risk damage to the field. And third there is a security system on and no way to get into the stadium. Good thinking though

Thu, 01/27/2000 - 6:17 PM Permalink
KING MARLEY

I kicked around in the snow and brushed the bench off completely and checked the paper itself, but did not find it. I didn't have my equipment with me as I had just gone to take a quick look, particularly for towers, and I have a meeting to go to in a while, so I had to leave for the time being. I plan on going back later though.
