Ian - I don't know about electricity. Is there any under the shelter there? I'm thinking we may want to do the fire in the rings thing - which would mean no shelter no electricity. You could call the City of St. Paul picnic permit office. They would know if the electricity is turned on there.
If we decide to picnic up in that area, I could try to go test them. I'm thinking though if we want to do a fire, it might be smarter to do the stoves....not that we have one.
