Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

And here we see the pattern of picking on Ares out of the blue. And it was pretty likely Time Splitter was the same person as Pennies.

Why not have a pre-mock hunt bash? Any excuse to have a party! hehe. And more chances for people to meet each other. That way if you meet other people in a park carrying around shovels, you'll know they're part of the Mock Hunt and not just some lunatic trying to bury a body. hehe

Mr News just used the La di da di da thing today did he not?
I didn't say you could try, I've been throwing in my 2 cents all day and hardly anyone has paid attention to me so I just keep talking to see if anyone will realize I am here...
I just want to throw in that (not that anyone is listening) when I have seen News lately, snake, jake or the medallionator is close behind or in front of him....
Circumstantial evidence in my opinion. Could just be that they are lurking and Mr News gets their attention. Mr News's personality isn't consistent with Jake's or Medallionator's. It is quite consistent with JC who has often been known to take on personas, to post just to be annoying, to rant incoherently, yet consistently about things, and to be trying to show love to everyone one day and saying nasty things to specific people on other days.
Hey AW, I have to get some newsletter work done here...I am gonna be up for a few more hours. So I am bailing overboard with my anchor..planning to sink! I am so tired! Night ::yawn::
The font is slightly different but yes, it looks the same in terms of being out of the ordinary. I originally did it with Scribe's name last year. People were complaining that they took away all opportunity to customize anything and therefore show some unique personality. We couldn't use different fonts, but we could still use different characters within the standard font to make things look a little different.
I just changed it recently, probably after you came back from Fargo. I could change it back and then it would look "normal" again. But otherwise what you're seeing is the British pound sign for an L, an upside down exclamation point for an I, a doubled Yen sign for a W, an @ for an A, a cent sign for an E and so forth.
Hmmm, well then in that case you are seeing it different. What you typed looked right to me, so apparently our character maps are different aside from the usual characters.
I think with the lack of snow, I may just end up using the Medallion. Trying to hide the chest would be pretty difficult unless I found a really good hiding spot. Using just the Medallion I have more options for where to hide it. Would you like the chest back then? And was that button for me personally or meant to be part of the prize?
mmmmmmmmmmmmm coffee cake! thanks Ian! mornin heads! I see we had another visit from the moron! and someone else followed right behind! veddy veddy intdelesting!

So isn't the chain clear now?
Mr News = Time Splitter
Time Splitter = Pennies
Pennies = JC?
I didn't say you could try, I've been throwing in my 2 cents all day and hardly anyone has paid attention to me so I just keep talking to see if anyone will realize I am here...
Sorry LM, with inflation it will take more than two cents to get noticed. hehe
ok how about if i put in my 2 dollars
HEY SNAKE:
DOES BUGGS BAR HAVE A JUKEBOX?

I just want to throw in that (not that anyone is listening) when I have seen News lately, snake, jake or the medallionator is close behind or in front of him....

Allison, this is the way your name appears on my computer. Any idea why?
quick rebutal...
if you've been really drunk 3 times, and the second time was on your 21st birthday
no...drunk to feel ill... I can drink...I am good at holding my own... 3 times in a lifetime is not bad...I am nolonger goodie 2-shoes.
Because those are the characters I'm using to spell it out instead of regular letters.
What I just put there looks the same to you as the way you typed it?
I guess it would.
When I was in Fargo, I saw it the way it really is, but on my computer, it's weird. Same with Scribe.
The font is slightly different but yes, it looks the same in terms of being out of the ordinary. I originally did it with Scribe's name last year. Your name looks like a cross, then two u's, an i, a z, a capital A and a quotes mark. So is my character map screwed up?
Hmmm, well then in that case you are seeing it different. What you typed looked right to me, so apparently our character maps are different aside from the usual characters.
OK, thanks. Are you using the chest and medallion, or just the medallion?
I see it as AW says it.
Hi Ian
Goodnight boys ;)
I did too, on the motel's computer, and it's really cool. But here, It's jumbled.
'night, me2
You can keep the chest for the future, or whenever. The button is for you.
mmmmmmmmmmmmm coffee cake! thanks Ian! mornin heads! I see we had another visit from the moron! and someone else followed right behind! veddy veddy intdelesting!
well whaddya expect, frosti? the ladies haven't arrived yet :)
::peek::
In the nick of time, here comes a lady. ;-)
just when we were about to go completely insane!
Cool, Thanks, I like it. :-) I may use the chest for next year if it's a snowier year.
I'm starting to yawn here myself. I suppose I should head off to bed as well.
Talk to ya later.
Coffee cake crunch bars, chilled sodas on ice, columbian in the pot and the bowl, lights dimmed, door unlocked.
